Executive Chef Kyle Fletcher has been part of the Glasshouse Kitchen team since 2024. Backed by 16 years in the hospitality industry, Kyle is a seasoned culinary professional known for his unparalleled kitchen leadership, creative approach to menu development, and deep appreciation for ingredient-driven cooking. Originally from Memphis, his culinary point of view is shaped in part by a passion for Southeast Asian cuisine, as well as a strong commitment to working with local purveyors and farmers. At Glasshouse Kitchen, he helps craft seasonally driven menus that rotate throughout the year and celebrate the rhythm of the region’s harvests.
