Founded by husband/wife team Scott Blackwell and Ann Marshall, High Wire is dedicated to making whiskeys that shine a light on the agricultural diversity of the American South. Their approach is simple: seek the finest ingredients available and develop recipes using a creative, culinary approach. All of their whiskeys are batch distilled to create unique expressions rooted in the terroir of the South Carolina Lowcountry. In 2019 and 2020, Scott and Ann were nominated as finalists for the James Beard Foundation award for Outstanding Wine, Beer, or Spirits Professional.
