The 15th year of Euphoria, Greenville’s premier food, wine & music festival, kicks off Feb. 27, with “A Southern Remedy: Comfort Food, Booze & Tunes” at Westfield, featuring some of the Upstate’s newest and most anxiously-awaited restaurants.

This winter event serves the purpose of keeping euphoria momentum going while also introducing some of the newer restaurants to the festival’s followers.

“We have a lot of exciting things planned for our 15th year, including a few surprises and new events,” says Morgan Allen, Euphoria’s executive director. “It all starts with A Southern Remedy, as we highlight newcomers to the Upstate’s culinary scene, and there’s much more to come. We invite you to join us as we celebrate 15 years of Euphoria in Greenville.”

Who will be there and why you should care:

The Pasta Addict: Opening their first brick-and-mortar at Gather GVL very soon, these guys serve handmade pasta in a cone.

HenDough: Specializing in savory chicken and donuts, this Hendersonville restaurant is opening its second location in Greenville, also at Gather GVL.

The Greenville County Schools BBQ Team: Director Joe Urban has been teasing his social media followers with visions of his new smoker. Now come taste the results.

Cohesive Coffee: One of the newer coffee shops to enter Greenville’s coffee market, owner Josh Williams has a knack for creative coffee creations.

Other beverages will be provided by Crazy Beautiful Wines and Yee-Haw Brewing, and specialty cocktails will feature Larceny Bourbon and Tito’s Handmade Vodka.
