The 15th year of Euphoria, Greenville’s premier food, wine & music festival, kicks off Feb. 27, with “A Southern Remedy: Comfort Food, Booze & Tunes” at Westfield, featuring some of the Upstate’s newest and most anxiously-awaited restaurants.

This winter event serves the purpose of keeping euphoria momentum going while also introducing some of the newer restaurants to the festival’s followers.

“We have a lot of exciting things planned for our 15th year, including a few surprises and new events,” says Morgan Allen, Euphoria’s executive director. “It all starts with A Southern Remedy, as we highlight newcomers to the Upstate’s culinary scene, and there’s much more to come. We invite you to join us as we celebrate 15 years of Euphoria in Greenville.”

Who will be there and why you should care:

Woodside Bistro: Their wings were the talk of the September kick-off party.

The Pasta Addict: Opening their first brick-and-mortar at Gather GVL very soon, these guys serve handmade pasta in a cone.

HenDough: Specializing in savory chicken and donuts, this Hendersonville restaurant is opening its second location in Greenville, also at Gather GVL.

Saltwater Kitchen: The newest from the Rick Erwin Dining Group, Southern home cooking with a chef’s touch is their specialty.

Topsoil Kitchen & Market: Chef Adam Cooke’s imaginative plant-based dishes are winning over omnivores in Travelers Rest and beyond.

Habitap: Comfort food is the name of the game at the third restaurant from the group behind Southern Culture and LTO Burger Bar.

Oak Hill Café: Thinking of trying something new? You always will find something at this new restaurant and farm that just landed on “Garden & Gun’s” list of five new Southern favorites.

The Greenville County Schools BBQ Team: Director Joe Urban has been teasing his social media followers with visions of his new smoker. Now come taste the results.

Cohesive Coffee: One of the newer coffee shops to enter Greenville’s coffee market, owner Josh Williams has a knack for creative coffee creations.

Other beverages will be provided by Crazy Beautiful Wines and Yee-Haw Brewing, and specialty cocktails will feature Larceny Bourbon and Tito’s Handmade Vodka.

Kami Ocean & the Rhythm will provide the evening’s live music and entertainment.
