An evening of precision, artistry, and global perspective awaits at A Constellation of Craft. Hosted at Scoundrel, Chef Joe Cash of his newly awarded one Michelin-starred restaurant welcomes colleague Chef Christopher Haatuft of Lysverket, the acclaimed one Michelin-starred restaurant in Bergen, Norway.
Together, the two chefs present a collaborative menu that bridges Norwegian and French influences, an elegant interplay of technique, seasonality, and distinct culinary identities. Each course reflects a shared commitment to craftsmanship, where thoughtful composition and refined execution shine, paired with wines selected to elevate each course.
Set within Scoundrel’s intimate and sophisticated private dining room, A Constellation of Craft brings together two Michelin-recognized talents for a singular dining experience, where every dish is a point of light in a larger, beautifully composed whole.
