Featuring South Carolina Chef Ambassador John Ondo alongside Shawn Haynes of Jones Oyster Co., this collaborative experience highlights a deep respect for the sea—showcasing fresh, seasonal seafood prepared with creativity and precision.
Each course is paired with wines selected to complement and elevate the natural flavors of the ocean, creating a seamless balance of brightness, depth, and texture.
