Featuring Michelin-starred Chef Nadav Greenberg and Chef Brandon Salomon, this collaboration brings together modern Mediterranean and Levantine cuisine with the vibrant spirit of Florida’s coastal flavors.

Chef Greenberg’s approach draws from the Eastern Mediterranean, showcasing bold spices, bright herbs, and refined technique, while Chef Salomon’s perspective reflects a deep connection to the coast—layering in freshness, seasonality, and a sense of place. Together, they create a menu of flavor-rich dishes where locality, culture, and craftsmanship intersect, offering a seamless dialogue between land and sea.

The evening begins with an exclusive happy hour, where guests are invited to mix and mingle with weekend talent while enjoying a luxurious spread, including Petrossian caviar. Premium bubbles and craft cocktails set the tone for a sophisticated start.
