Chef Shawn Kelly’s partnership with the owners of Greenbrier Farms has yielded a casual neighborhood spot, where the quality of Greenbrier’s organic produce and grass-fed beef and heritage pork speaks for itself. For this dinner, Chef Torrece Gregoire, formally of the reality show, Hell’s Kitchen, will join Kelly in the kitchen for this Appalachian-inspired menu with wines to match.
