Conner Hinderks is the chef and owner of Little Secret in Greenville, SC. Originally from Kansas City, he most recently spent several years in New Orleans helming the award winning creole and southeast asian restaurant Maypop. Noted for his creative and out of the box approach Hinderks embraces what he calls ‘Chaos Cuisine’, combining multiple different cultures and techniques in order to craft menus that delight and thrill the senses. His pop-up restaurant Little Secret has quickly become a Greenville favorite with a dedicated following eager for each new menu drop.
