Guest Chef Dinner

Join euphoria and Certified South Carolina as we return to the root of all great dishes—the homegrown ingredients. We are fortunate to live in a state with an abundance of locally sourced ingredients, especially this time of year, and they will shine bright at this multi-course dinner. Chefs Mark Bolchoz, Josh Begley & Evan Van Horn will collaborate on a family-style menu with influences from Italy and the Upstate. The menu will highlight local seasonal vegetables and housemade pasta while showcasing Providence Farm’s heritage-bred pork prepared in the “old world” style. As you taste each bountiful dish, your glass will be filled with perfectly paired wines and delectable cocktails.
